On August 30, 2014, Jiangsu Economic and Information Commission organized experts to hold new product appraisal meetings in Nanjing for five gearboxes researched and developed by NGC Gears Group, including the FD1760YB wind turbine gearbox, the FD2250Z wind turbine gearbox, the FDM3D wind turbine gearbox, the FDX204F/102X wind power generation yaw and pitch gearbox and the PSM355-01 gearbox for subways. The Appraisal Commission heard the reports of project trial production, technical summary and other information, reviewing the relative technical documents, and inspecting the production site. After questioning and discussing, the Appraisal Commission found that the five gearbox products reach international advanced levels, and all agreed that the products pass new product appraisal.
FD1760YB wind turbine gearbox, FD2250Z wind turbine gearbox and FDM3D wind turbine gearbox are respectively applied to 1.5MW, 2MW, 2.5MW wind generation units. The Appraisal Commission believes that the bearing capacity of the three wind gearboxes has been improved and the whole weight is reduced through optimized key part design. Gearboxes have good low-temperature impact toughness and high strength, so that they can normally work at low temperature. By using the tip relief and flange relief technology, the bearing capacity is improved, and the service life is ensured. Owing to utilization of on-line vibration monitoring technology, the running states of the gearboxes can be monitored in real time.
FDX204F/102X wind power generation yaw and pitch gearbox can be applied to 1.5MW-2MW wind generation units. The Appraisal Commission found that the bearing capacity of the gearbox is improved and the whole weight is reduced through the optimized design of key parts; the gearbox has good low-temperature impact toughness and high strength.
PSM355-01 gearbox for subways is one of the key parts of the bogie traction system of the subway, and takes on the task to transmit rotation speed and the load of the motor to the wheels. The Appraisal Commission likewise found that the gearbox has the characteristics of low noise and high load, so is suitable for complex working conditions such as frequent starting and braking; the gearbox can stably operate in -30℃ environments.
